Eliminate the Junk from Your Kitchen
This is non-negotiable. If it doesn’t serve your goals, it’s gotta go. Chips, candy, soda, fast food leftovers — say goodbye. This is a reset. Create a kitchen that aligns with the body and mindset you’re building.
Lock In Your Hydration Strategy
Hydration is non-negotiable during this challenge. Aim for at least 80 ounces daily. To level up your game, I have smart water bottles available for purchase. These remind you when to drink and keep your glow-up on schedule.
Set Your Goals and Post Them Everywhere
Write down your top three goals for this challenge. Use sticky notes or paper and put them where you can’t miss them — bathroom mirror, fridge, steering wheel, phone case. Your goals should stalk you until you become them.

Tracker Integration Options for Trainerize
Trainerize supports syncing data from several popular fitness and nutrition apps to help you track your progress seamlessly. Here are your main options:
Apple Health (iOS): Sync your steps, workouts, weight, sleep, and heart rate data from Apple Health and Apple Watch directly with Trainerize. Simply connect Apple Health in the Trainerize app and allow permissions.
MyFitnessPal: Connect MyFitnessPal to track your nutrition and calorie intake alongside your workouts. This gives a full picture of your diet and exercise balance.
Fitbit: Sync your Fitbit device data—steps, heart rate, sleep, and workouts—right into Trainerize for comprehensive activity tracking.
Garmin: Trainerize can also connect with Garmin devices to pull in workout and health data.
Samsung Health: Samsung Health does not connect directly with Trainerize, but you can sync data using third-party apps like Health Sync (available on the Google Play Store). Health Sync syncs your Samsung Health data with Google Fit, and since Trainerize connects with Google Fit, this creates a two-way data flow between Samsung Health and Trainerize.
How to connect Samsung Health via Health Sync:
Download and open Health Sync from Google Play Store.
Set Samsung Health as your data source.
Set Google Fit as your data destination.
Authorize data permissions in both apps.
Connect Google Fit with Trainerize through Trainerize’s app settings under “Connect Apps and Devices.”
This setup ensures your Samsung Health data updates in Trainerize automatically, keeping all your activity and health stats in one place.
